This is not possible with the Last.fm feature for Spotify scrobbliing yet, you can only edit past scrobbles in your Last.fm library if you are a Pro user. This means that you can now use the extra features of Web Scrobbler like editing the current scrobble during the first 50% of its track length and saving it for future plays of the same song.
